WEST GATE CHAPEL

Original Roofing System:
This project required both new construction and re-roofing services. Re-roofing involved tearing off 3.5 inches of insulation and BUR.

Roofing System Installed:
Two systems were installed on this building: - Supreme Composition Shingle with a 25 year warranty - Granulated Torch (GB2BRI) with a 12 year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranty.

Challenges:
The West Gate Chapel project involved the construction of a new building and a complete restructure of the original building. In order to assure that both objectives were achieved without interrupting everyday operation, a tight schedule was set for all of the contractors.

Solutions:
Good communication and coordination with other contractors and responsive service from ROOOFCORP assured the timely completion of the project which required uninterrupted operation of West Gate Chapel.
