Original Roofing System:
ROOFCORP tore off 2.25 inches of solid BUR.

Roofing System Installed:
Two systems were installed on this building: -Composition Shingle with a 20-year
  warranty
-Polyglass torch down system with a 12
  year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranty.

Challenge:
ROOFCORP had to work directly over the T&G deck, freeing large amounts of dust. The dusty conditions made it difficult for one of the tenants to keep their machines and conveyor belts working.

Solution:
In order to meet this challenge, work was scheduled for afternoons and evenings when it wouldn't interrupt the tenent's everyday activities.
